My wife Barbara & I, the camera crew and our friends Grant McAllister and Gary Hodge from www.g2angling.com , joined us as we once again travelled to Windsor, ON to enjoy spending time with many of our friends there, to shoot a couple of TV shows with Clay & Clarence Dyer, Pat Pagano and MIke Atkins, and to also cover and help at the ICHA event. About 1,000 people participated in this years event. The weather was exceptional, the fish were biting and everyone had a great time. Raymond Grassi from Team Canada was on-hand, as well as several of the Windsor Spitfire team members. There were many exhibits, boat displays, food stands and excellent music performed by Music Expresss. Besides covering the event, we also obtained enough footage to shoot two dynamic TV shows; one fishing worm harnesses in 40-50′ of water using Lucky Strike worm harnesses with 1 1/2-3 oz. bottom walking sinkers and Rapala Shift and R-Type fishing outfits loaded with Rapala 20 lb. Titaninium Braid. The second show was fishing for Lake St. Clair, Michigan smallmouth bass using crankbaits and plastic tubes. Make sure to look for both shows once the new series starts this coming November on TSN.
