We took a break from the trophy largemouth bass fishing and went Ocean Kayaking at Cardon Resort, Mexico. Sergio Castro, Partner in www.serenaresidences.com and Cardon Resort, decided to get some exercise and do some Ocean Kayak fishing right in front of Cardon Resort. We really enjoyed our time on the water and fished the many reefs and beach shoreline for about a 2 mile stretch. We ended up catching a variety of fish that included; Porgy, Snapper, Trigger Fish, and Grunts. We also watched as local “panga” fishermen were also catching fish using traditional hand-lines. Cardon Resort offers excellent summer surfing conditions and winter saltwater fishing and some of the best trophy largemouth bass fishing in Mexico. If you would like to book a trip, just contact either Serena Residences or Cardon Resort (above).
